Referral fees
For every item sold, sellers to pay Hewglo a percentage of the total price (i.e. item price and shipping) based on the item category. These fees are in addition to selling fees.

FAQs
For a product to be listed on Hewglo, it must meet the following definition to be qualified as a smart product:
- Must be an electronic product pertaining to the allowed and listed product categories.
- Must support one or more voice assistants/smart speakers, such as, Amazon Alexa, Google assistant, Apple Homekit, etc.
- Must support a connectivity technology, such as, Wifi, Bluetooth, Tuya, Z-wave, Zigbee, etc.
Note: If you don’t find an appropriate category listed, you can propose a category for approval. Hewglo reserves the right to reject a product/category as its sole discretion.
There are no category or SKU minimums or maximums, therefore, list your entire catalog of smart products with us. All items must be managed with inventory counts to ensure product is in stock and available for sale.
You can manage products using the Seller Dashboard. The Seller Dashboard allows:
- creation and management of individual as well as bulk import and updates
- manage your brand/store page
- manage your product categories
- order management
- manage coupons for discounts
- RMA
and a lot more…
You can directly integrate your shipping account and options for any of the following services:
- Fedex
- USPS
- DHL
In addition, you can setup Flat Rate Shipping or a Rate Table.
Note: Orders must be shipped in non-branded packaging and must not include materials from any company other than Hewglo.
All orders can be viewed and managed in Seller Dashboard. You can also setup email alerts to be notified when a new order is received.

There are no setup or monthly fees. We only deduct fees when a sale occurs on our site.
Payments will be automatically deposited into your bank account every two weeks.
Refunds resulting from valid returns are managed through the Seller Dashboard and adjusted using the transaction balance.
Credit card fees are charged on the transaction total and deducted from the payout balance.
You set the product price for your catalog. The price-parity policy does apply which means that you are not allowed to set prices for your products higher on Hewglo than other sites and marketplaces.
